Daily Picks on HF

Woodburned Black Lace Box is featured on Handmade FuZion's blog today! HF lists a few selected items and brings the shoppers around for a closer look:) The lace box has had dozens of views just today....thanks to the promotion.

It's a big thrill for me to see my items on HF front page, and now part of their blogspot! WOW!

I'll be listing more EOW woodburning on HF and offering specials for the shoppers.

Light the Fuse

Crafters are taking notice of the new marketplace

Sellers go through an application process, which will keep the categories from becoming overpopulated. The rules allow for listing only handmade goods, that is items that are made by you.

I find HF very freshing. The site is well developed and promises a unique, specialized market for handmade goods. The networking tools provided in their Fuzion forums are fantastic!

*Edge of the Wildwood will have selected items featured on HF front page*

Mat with a Message

It's corny and contrived, but I fall for it every time. These paper mats that mechanics use to protect your car interior from dirt are getting very wordy these days...

Even as I chuckle to myself at the generic message, I secretly admire the attempt at communication. Someone recognized the volume of print space that could be utilized and came up with all these engineered statements to fill it. Service is extended and the buyer-seller relationship is further developed.

It's almost brilliant.

What is the next fad for paper mats? Messages that read like giant greeting cards!

NOW it's brilliant!!! mwhahaah

A simple thank you is nice, too.
