Joggin' in a Jug - new recipe!

JOGGING IN A JUG

32 OZ. APPLE JUICE

16 OZ. WHITE GRAPE JUICE

4 OZ. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

MIX WELL, REFRIGERATE,

DRINK 2 TO 4 OZS. DAILY FOR ARTHRITIS
